Structure construction of Excavator

Common excavator structures include power units, working devices, slewing mechanisms, steering mechanisms, transmission mechanisms, walking mechanisms and ancillary facilities.

The transmission mechanism transmits the engine power through the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic cylinder and so on the actuating element, impels the working device movement, thus completes each kind of work.

Walking device

The walking device is the chassis, including the crawler frame and the walking system, mainly by the crawler, walking motor + reducer and its pipeline, drive wheel, guide wheel, sprocket chain, support wheel, track, tensioning buffer device, its function is to support the weight of the excavator, and the driving wheel transfer power into the traction, to achieve the whole machine walking.

The main advantages of the frame assembly (that is, the crawler walking frame assembly) are the integral welding parts and the X-shaped structure. The frame assembly is welded by Zoliang (i.e. left track frame), the main frame (i.e. the middle frame), the right longitudinal beam (i.e. the right track frame) three parts. The weight of the frame assembly is 2 tons.

The central rotary joint is the hydraulic element connecting the revolving platform and the chassis oil circuit, it guarantees the rotating platform to rotate any angle, the traveling motor also can the normal match fuel, now uses the rotary joint is 5 pass [4].

Working device

The working device is the main part of the hydraulic excavator, the current SY series excavator is equipped with backhoe working device, it is mainly used to excavate the soil below the shutdown surface, but can also excavate the maximum cutting height of the soil below, in addition to digging pits, ditching, loading can also carry out simple leveling site work. The excavation work is suitable for excavating the Ⅰ~ⅳ grade soil, the hydraulic hammer or the need blasting method above the Ⅴ level.

The backhoe working device consists of a movable arm, a bucket, a bucket, a rocker, a connecting rod and a hydraulic pipe of a working device including an arm cylinder, a bucket cylinder and a bucket oil cylinder.

4 bucket rod Motion transmission line: Diesel engine--coupling--hydraulic pump (mechanical energy can be converted to hydraulic energy)--distribution valve--bucket rod cylinder (hydraulic energy can be converted to mechanical energy)--to achieve bucket movement

5 Bucket Movement Transmission route: Diesel engine--coupling--hydraulic pump (mechanical energy into hydraulic energy)--distribution valve--bucket oil cylinder (hydraulic energy can be converted to mechanical energy)--to achieve bucket movement

The structure and function of power system

• Inlet System--Net cover → hose → air filter → hose → supercharger → hose → intercooler → hose → engine • Exhaust system-supercharger → expansion joint → muffler → exhaust pipe and cooling system--water tank → hose → thermostat → pump → diesel engine → hose → water tank and throttle control system--stepper motor → reducer → worm drive → accelerator pull line → Diesel throttle-high idle speed, low idle speed limit switch • Fuel system

Into the oil department: fuel tank → hose → hand oil pump → coarse filter → fine filter → diesel engine

Back to the oil system: diesel engine → hose → fuel tank (back to a larger amount of oil, with it to carry out partial cooling)
